Molly Clarke is entering the filmmaking industry as a writer, director and editor passionate about sharing Australian stories. It was while she was on exchange to the UK that she discovered her desire to hear and watch more Australian stories.

She has always had a natural inclination towards storytelling through various media, whether it’s writing, conversing, filmmaking, painting and so on. She is excited to apply the skills and knowledge she has gained during her 3 years as a Media Arts student at UTS to the film industry. 

Caitlin Hawkins is a journalist and aspiring filmmaker based in Sydney. She is drawn to real people's stories, experiences, and emotions and has experience working as a cinematographer, editor, and producer.
Caitlin is in her final year of studying a Bachelor of Communications at the University of Technology in Sydney, majoring Media Arts and Production and Journalism. She won Best 1st Time Producer at the New York International Film Awards in 2022 and was nominated for multiple awards at the upcoming JERAA Ossie Awards. Caitlin’s previous work is deeply character-driven, naturalistic, and often nostalgic. Her love for complexity underpins her cinematography for Simmer, where she blends simplicity and depth, remaining unobtrusive despite a preference for visually striking imagery.

Josh Buxton is an eclectic multimedia professional based in Cameraygal, sydney. With a conferred degree in Media Arts and Digital Media, his background stems between a plethora of deliverables and working contexts. Between assistant-producing documentaries on an agency and freelance basis, he’s a content creator and storyteller… whilst hospo and event management keeps the lights on (period). Between logistics and ‘best practice’ protocol implementation, his ideation stems broadly – and is daunted, yet excited by what the future looks like 2026/grad and beyond.

Mia is a filmmaker specialising in production and editing. She focuses on bringing stories to life through clear, engaging visual storytelling. Drawn to the emotional impact of film and television, Mia is interested in how a story can resonate with an audience and leave a lasting impression. Whether in the edit suite or on set, she approaches each project with attention to detail and a commitment to authenticity.

Isaac is a sound designer and audio editor passionate about creating immersive, story-driven sound.

Megan Li is a third-year UTS student currently studying Bachelor of Communications Media Art and Production. Through this degree, she gained experience in many aspects of filmmaking such as video editing, cinematography and sound design. After experiencing different crew roles, Megan chose to specialise in post-production, however, on the side, she chose to gain more experience with recording sound on-set as she found it a useful and fun experience. 
Additionally, she has also done some on-set recording in her previous years as a student. 

Megan is inspired by films that tell unique and thoughtful stories through sound and music, such as Whiplash and Ratatouille, and in her spare time, she enjoys drawing and reading.

Alice is a filmmaker specialising in directing and production design, with a strong passion for the creative process of visual storytelling. With a keen eye for detail and a collaborative approach, she brings ideas to life through thoughtful design and purposeful direction. Her work focuses on crafting immersive worlds and emotionally resonant narratives that engage audiences both visually and thematically.

Lily is a Sydney-based production designer whose work explores the emotional relationship between character and space, using texture, colour, and detail to tell layered visual stories.
